A meeting of parents of students of class IX was held on 20th April 2019. It briefed the parents about the change in the academic schedule and the exam pattern for class IX students.


A fire safety demo was organized for the school staff and students by the officials from Fire Safety Division, DAE, on 22nd April 2019. They demonstrated the fire safety measures that can be taken to avoid various kinds of accidents due to fire.


Dr. Aditi visited the school and guided the students of class X about the importance of Goal setting at this age and how to achieve it. The students were highly motivated.


The school level MCQ tests were held for the school students on 25th April 2019.


An investiture ceremony was held for the students for the year 2019-20 on 2nd May 2019. The students were invested with various responsibilities of the school on the same day. They were presented with the badges by the Chief Guest.


5th International day of yoga was celebrated on 21st June 2019 in the school with great enthusiasm by the teaching and non- teaching staff members and the students of the school. It was also the day of reopening of schools after the summer vacation.
The programme started with the speech of PET teacher and the Principal stating the importance of yoga in life and encouraging one and all to practice yoga regularly to remain fit and improve concentration.
More than 30 Student yoga demonstrators of classes 9 and 10 demonstrated more than 25  yogasanas, meditation practice. The session lasted for around 40 minutes.
The programme concluded with the talks by the PE teacher and the Principal Shri Lokesh Joshi, emphasizing the need of regular practice of yoga that will surely help students and all in general to achieve a better life physically, mentally and spiritually as well. 
The session ended after the distribution of healthy snacks to everyone.

The school level Science, Social Science, Mathematics and Teaching aids exhibition was held on 29th June 2019. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Shri K J V V Krishnasarma, Principal & Head Academic Unit, AEES. More than 100 exhibits were presented by the students. The exhibition was also open for parents.


The Birth Anniversary of late Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi is observed as “Sadbhavana Diwas” on 20th  August  nation-wide every year.
The theme of “Sadbhavana Diwas” is to promote National Integration and communal harmony among the people speak different languages and follow different religious beliefs. Goodwill towards everyone and eschewing violence are the motto of the “Sadbhavana Diwas”.The theme is to be promoted by taking “Sadbhavana Day Pledge”.
To commemorate the 75th Birth anniversary of Shri Rajiv Gandhi, a pledge taking ceremony was conducted on 20th  August 2019 at 1.40 pm in AECS-3, Mumbai. Principal, Lokesh Joshi administered the pledge in Hindi and English. All the teaching and non-teaching staff of AECS-3, Mumbai took pledge. Principal highlighted the importance of observing Sadbhavana Diwas by saying that we must not involve ourselves in any kind of violence and endeavor to  promote goodwill among people.

Swachhta Hi Sewa (SHS)

On the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, on October 2 2019 government of India has imposed a nationwide ban on single use plastic.
(A) On 3rd October as a part of awareness regime an informative lecture was given in the assembly by Vice Principal ,AECS-3, Mumbai on

Also the information regarding the same was displayed in all the class rooms, Staff notice board, Student Notice Board and school Notice boards (Copy Enclosed)
A pledge was also taken by the students and staff of AECS-3, Mumbai to join hands in curbing single use plastic.
(B) A number of laminated posters on switch to “Carry a bag” and “Say no to Plastic” have been displayed at prominent places in school campus.
(C) In order to generate the awareness among the students about the harmful effects of use of plastic in day to day life a poster making activity was conducted for the students of classes VI to VIII. The best entries are displayed on the student’s notice board.( Photographs enclosed)
(D) As a part of Swachhta Hi Sewa, students of classes IX and X were involved in cleanliness drive in the school campus.  ( Photographs enclosed)
(E) On 1st October, 2019 the students of classes IV and V celebrated tree plantation day. Our little ones brought sapling of their favourite plant and planted them. The teachers taught the students the importance of trees for our eco system. The students promised to plant more trees and take care of them. It was pleasure seeing our little ones being gardeners for a day.  ( Photographs enclosed)

In order to eliminate the evil of corruption from the country, the Central Vigilance Commission is observing Vigilance Awareness Week throughout the nation from October 28, 2019 to November 2, 2019. This year the theme of observing Vigilance Awareness Week was Integrity – a way of life. With the objective of spreading vigilance awareness among the employees and students , the following events were conducted during the week.

Mass integrity Pledge were administered by the Principal, Shri Lokesh Joshi for all the students and  staff members of AECS-3, Mumbai in the morning assembly. All the students and staff members participated in the Mass integrity Pledge.

A signature campaign against corruption was initiated for the staff members of AECS-3, Mumbai.  They were requested to put their signature on Campaign  Board to support the resolution to make Integrity – a way of life. All the staff members participated enthusiastically. Parents of Pre-prep and Prep sections also came forward to take part in signature campaign and sign on the poster.
